Responsibilities
From the given input drawings, Tesla had to create:
- Architectural 3D model
- Structural 3D model
- MEP 3D model
- Coordination of different disciplines
- MEP installation drawings
Challenges
- Midway through the project, the deadline was postponed. From a quoted time of 300 days, the client requested the project to be completed in 200 days.
- There were several clashes in the models, requiring major design changes.
Solution
- The team working on the project was increased, and resources were managed accordingly, with additional hours put in to meet the deadline.
- The design modifications were suggested by Tesla and were approved by our clients.
